Terms of service.

The short version: use nexste for your job search, don't abuse it, and we'll keep it running for you.

Agreement

By creating an account or using nexste you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms apply to all users — free or paid.

Accounts

You need an account to use nexste. Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account. Don't share access or create accounts for others without their knowledge.

Acceptable use

Use nexste for managing your job search. Don't use it to scrape, spam, harass, or violate any law. Don't reverse-engineer the service, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with other users. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.

Your content

You own everything you put into nexste — resumes, notes, search profiles, job data. We don't claim any rights over your content. We access it only to provide the service (rendering, parsing, matching). When you delete content, it's gone. See our privacy policy for details.

Service & availability

We aim to keep nexste available and reliable, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is." We may change features, fix bugs, or retire functionality with reasonable notice. If we make changes that materially reduce what you're paying for, we'll offer a prorated refund or credit.

Billing

Free accounts have no payment obligation. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your settings page — your plan continues until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law or noted above.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your data is deleted per our privacy policy.

Liability

nexste helps you organize a job search. We don't guarantee employment outcomes, interview results, or the accuracy of parsed resume content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions or concerns: reach us via our contact page.
